Aarti wants Chander as his puppet and she expressed it in her attitude earlier too. And regarding her love for Chander its nothing to guess..its obvious. She is now wanting to use Chander to her dirty politics which will kill two tergets..separate ChaLka and she will have benefit in election. Chander is always loyal to his love and duty.
