Will Nandini forget Abhishek?

Fans of Dhoondh Legi Manzil Humein on STAR One were shocked to hear Nityanand announce Abhishek's engagement to Princess Gauri.

But after Abhishek fell ill, it seemed that Nityanand might just relent and change his mind. On the other hand, Abhishek tried to explain his stance to Nandini, who didn't entertain him at all. In the upcoming episodes, Abhishek and Nandini will stick to their points of view, while NNT will persuade Abhishek to accept Nandini's decision of moving on.

A helpless Abhishek Tiwari aka Deepak Wadhawa says, "I tried to explain to Nandini that I will get dad to agree to our relationship, but she is being adamant and not listening to me. Dad even taunted me that Nandini is listening to her father by accepting another proposal. He wishes I would listen to him and accept Gauri. I can't. I will fight for our love, and will get a solution to this mess."

Alka Tiwari aka Sara Khan was really angry with her dad, and expressed her displeasure. She states, "What happens next will depend on Abhishek and Nandini. Dad upset everyone with his decision, and though his reasons might have been political, they weren't right. I guess he realises that now. I have heard that Nandini is very upset and angry with the whole scenario, and is allowing her dad to make decisions for her. She is going to accept another proposal. That is not right. One should not commit to someone else on a rebound. I hope everyone sees sense, and things turn out just fine."

Nandini aka Dipali Pansare, who is feeling very low as her father is hopeful of getting her married, cries, "I am heartbroken, and don't know what to do. I have not accepted Gopal, but as my dad was insulted by NNT, he is very hurt too. We are there for each other, and we look after each other. He accepted Abhishek for my sake, and now, when things have soured, I will accept Gopal - albeit only for his sake! I haven't forgotten Abhishek. I am very hurt about everything. I am getting to know Gopal and learning that he is a nice, simple man, who is accepting me even though he knows about my past."

Nityanand Tiwari aka Anil Maggo, meanwhile, hasn't changed his tune. He adds, "I am right in my decision. I did get sentimental when Abhishek was ill, but I know what is best for my children. And I know, sooner or later, they will do what I want."

On replacing Mohan Joshi, Anil explains, "We are all artists, and if something doesn't work out with some actor, it is natural that another actor will replace him. I like Mohanji as an actor, but I made sure not to watch his acting in the serial, as I didn't want to copy him - even subconsciously. I am happy with my work, as is my production team."

In the upcoming episodes, Alka will campaign for Abhishek in various villages, for the impending elections, with Chandar Shukla aka Yashwant. There is a lovely, fun-filled episode of Holi in store too.

Will Nandini accept Gopal? Or will she finally realise that her love for Abhishek is stronger, and go back to him? Will Abhishek wait for Nandini or accept his dad's decision?
