Yes she looks so Royal and it looks like the costumes in the film Devdas

All we need is red nail polish on her toes like Ash had on for Devdas photo shoot 😆

But I think they were only attendees...not walking the ramp. At least that's what I got from the IF article.

Hmm as for it being a coincidence, don't think so you can't go by IF and if it is a last minute for AK I say awesome coincidence cause she looks stunning.
