Well the truth is, you shouldnt be watching a show like BALH with ur kids anyway!! these people just want something to make a big deal out of. Same can be said for Eastenders, its not for kids, yet you have children under the age of 10 talking about it :/

I saw a bit of it from that Hindustan Times link. The reason it's so off putting is the way it's presented. I've said that before. But the reason for that is that it's always the female acting coy and backing away. Dude this woman is a mature woman and she backs, acting all shy.

W*F.. man. This made sense in Johdha Akbar. I don't cringe when I see the JA song, because for that setting it makes sense.

Same reason I have a problem with that kiss, really. And why I like that LTL kiss better. That BALH kiss, it's mostly him--and this is a consummation scene, not some quick one sided kiss or whatever. And again on top of all this... the kiss and the consummation (along with many other consummation sequences) seem put on, as if it's specifically for the cameras.

Makes me appreciate that MohUr one so much more. Bad saree drape, wrinkled jacket and shirt, dumbass idea of the terrace and everything... still at least it wasn't that artificial.

For once, I challenge the CVs in any desi show to show it naturally...no candles, no odes to Mughal emperors & their eternal love, no nothing...If it is an actual, legit suhaagraat, flowers & stuff,fine...Other than that, just keep it real! I'm sure the TRPs would be just as high!

I do think the Bandini consummation had great aesthetic appeal...I could see that happening...Props to the CVs on that one!

And I so dislike spoilers! Why do we need scenes from the shows...they aren't even teasers...the entire scene is shown before its aired live! Can't understand the funda behind that!

You won't believe this, but one of my friends asked me if I wanted to watch AV when we meet up in a couple of weeks! I couldn't stop laughing...obviously, I said 'YES'! 😆

Just wanted to share something .. Today I made my teacher read my story and she was hell surprised 😆 Her first question was .. Did I write it by my own or by inspiring from any book? As I said that its my own thoughts, she was just left in awe! I felt so good, like seriously, today I realized that I'm good for something! ⭐️

Anyways you guys talked about BALH consummation scene, well, let me share this! I was dying out of embarrassment when I was watching it with my mom!

As for your previous post. WORD. WORD! And yup, Bandini did have an appeal to it. And AK, a teenager, put so many of her contemporaries to shame! Though keeping in mind that HT article, maybe those promos are a warning to people--keep kids/parents away. 😆 But even still, they show most of it in those promos, and they are never natural anyway. Just have it progressing with the storyline. UGH!
