Why must elders be shown to be always right? I understand they have more knowledge on the world, and I do agree parts of where baapji is coming from, but his approach in the way he has come across towards Mohan is not right.

First of all tou the reasoning baapji is giving for why he is against Mohan doing his own business is totally contradictory to the reasoning he gave earlier of paramapra ... he never wanted him to do anything else but his business ... so am hating this u-turn and no way am gonna buy it 🤢

Secondly no elders are not always right ... and baapji is tou bilkul bhi not right 🤬 He is the biggest hypocrite ... woman rights abuser and self righteous 🥱

Of course not... Elders don't mean you know everything and you're right all the time, let's not forget that we all are human beings with qualities and defaults...
Hate Baapji and Bhanu today for whatever Mohan had to hear because of them... I am just proud that he didn't go and apologize to Baapji as he did nothing wrong!!!

I dont know whether all elders are right but am pretty sure Baapji is wrong. He is such an hypocrite waiting on the wings to bring Mohan down. Baapji still waits for Mohan to join his Kirana and make him a Slave just like the rest of the Gala's.

If you can find that Mohan alone defends himself.. Rest of the family doesn't have Self respect. So the Hitler is waiting for an opportunity to bash him and make him look like a Loser.

And as for Kastur Baapji alliance they lost the consistency of Kastur charac starting from Thursday.

Usually Thursday's are miserable but this week started worse and don't know whats waiting for us on Thursday.

No I don't think adults are always right but one thing I realised with shows on TV every characters annoying habits or thoughts are emphasised ten folds to add more drama and tension and to make us hate those or love those characters even more...

But there is no harm in respecting what they have to say because there is no need to kick up a fuss with someone you know isn't going to change their chain of thought, time waste karne ki kya jarot hai...

Generational conflict, particularly in a joint family, is a common occurrence in the Subcontinent. When family members from different eras live under the same roof, there is bound to be differences in opinion. In some cases, elders come around, in others they don't. In DP's case this was no different. We knew baapji was unhappy that Mohan would not be part of the family business, but he had reconciled, and more importantly, given Mohan his blessing to do well. As Soaps pointed, it was what happened yesterday--the sudden switch in baapji when he has became so hard lined with Mohan, was beyond comprehension. All of a sudden he was questioning Mohan's methodologies, his business sense, everything under the sun having to do with Mohan--this is not normal & this is why Baapji as the Gala elder is not credible as somebody whose advice is sound...

In fact, to me, he comes across as completely senile...

Re. the other Galas, they basically have little to offer when it comes to advice. Saroj & Bhanu's responses today were expected, so🥱

That's why I say I see no difference in these two what's so ever baapji change his tone to justify his constant nagging and Saroj love the sound of her own voice there fore never give anyone a chance speak and both think they and there methods is right. Baapji is after Mohan and Saroj is after Kastur life and tomorrow I have to look forward to her having issues with a wife waiting for husband / friend to eat 🥱

Saroj has always been a hard knock and I misjudged her character cause I still remember how those club ladies were talking about how difficult she was and the better have everything organize before she comes.

Elders aren't God. They are human like the younger people. So obviously they can be wrong sometimes. It's Kastur who needs to understand this. But like I said in EDT, she has always been taught that elders are right, bla bla bla 🤢
