LOL at why they chose the mall idea.

Lik, we live in a country here (in the US) that is overbuilt with malls; perhaps we even see a lack of ppl at the our malls due to the recessionary conditions, .but with the purchasing power in India, the demand for luxury goods, Mohan's mall could be state-of-the-art...it could set a precedent in India, heck in Asia. What if he got inspired by what he saw while shopping in London? Took inspiration from the West to apply it to the East? I wouldn't underestimate Mohan, yaar...of course, the CVs will botch this...but I am willing to buy Mohan's vision...

Another stupid thing ... Mohan is making a mall and lease is just 3 years ... what they want to demolish the mall after that if land owner does not agree to extend the lease? I just feel it should have been atleast a ten year contract if not 25, 3 is nothing 🤔

However that doesn't mean a mall is a bad business idea. I was just pointing out that it's not really some thing 'amazing that India hasn't seen' or something like that, which was what Mohan described. 😆 (And from what I know, it's usually big corporations and companies who decide to build a new mall. Not start up businesses, but I could be wrong. I'm just going by what I've seen advertised for new malls.)

I know CVs probably plan to show he will suffer for these reasons cause dharampatni has to be proved right but that does not take away from the fact that there was nothing wrong in the decisions he took, speaking from a new business POV.

Also Pardeep is now an equal partner, if something goes wrong he is equally responsible, just because he thinks Mohan knows what he is doing is no excuse in my opinion.

What if we're wrong and Mohan doesn't fail cause of the DP theory? What if for some reason the deal fall through with the bank, say it by some means they discover degree is fake

Honestly am not sure on this yet ... at times i feel he won't fall at all at others i feel he will 😆 Cause DP theory mey bhi ab confusion paida ho gai hey 🤣 Kastur gave a krishna statue to him and said as long as he is there Mohan will not fail so ab DP ko yahan sahi sabit hona hey ya wahan ... confusion hi confusion hey 🤣

Yea he can fail for other reasons but i hope they don't go bank finding about fake degree now ... because they have given the loan and no bank cross checks after the sanction a loan now only problem with bank can be if he fails to return the loan but even then fake degree can't come into play because whats the point verifying something once you have already done the deed, i don't think any bank does that or it would make sense

May be he will just have small failures or hitches but with emotional support and confidence given by kastur he will overcome those ... times when he will loose confidence in himself but kastur will still support him ... that is something i won't mind just no bhashans please 🤣
