Though I am not sure of how the Indian loan system works.. and if CV will show that because Mohan was not in india for 4 years ...

Why are you guys forgetting the middle ground. The loan will be in both of their names...😆 Afterall the corporation name is Kastur Mohan United, and is probably in both of their names.

likarsh as long as the loan is in company's name i dont have a problem but if they show kastur can get it but mohan can't then ...
