In this day and age ,Why should we have a serial in which the main protagonist is so desperate to become a dharmpatni that she leaves her studies??? Couldn't they show her studying or working and having some ambition in life other than being a wife? If she has so much of pride being a Gujarati then where is her pride being a women of 21st century?

That part is not far fetched it may not be the majority but it exist . That also no different then a parent constantly trying to get there daughters married to once the pass a certain age. They take the sons / daughters to parties and the next thing you know is when are going to get married. 🥱 Don't main to mention the show here but isn't that the concept with BALH the mother constantly talking about marriage cause the daughter is over 30.

My issue is her life begins and end with Mohan. Well cv has there hands full and better have some strong writers for DP

I know have the same issue as you, what else is in her life beside Mohan ji. Kastur family even mention how she had high marks in school but stop her studies but why 😕 and on whose persistence? gosh so many question and no answers. Family are just as responsible for her plight a young 15 year old girl making that kind of decision was ridiculous to say the least. Kastur is now 18-19 years old & living in a fairytale dream for four years for a man who isn't God, but human being.

In a way am glad Mohan character is the way he is so it can help Kastur get back to reality.

.D way mohan has been portrayed, he seems vry practical and a logical man. I mean he wn't b a god like prem nd anurag used 2 b nd giv unnecessary sacrifices 4 family members. I think he wud rather try 2 solve d problems in his own way as he tried 2 lower baapji's anger by showing a fake deegree.

But in case of kastur it is again d mahan aurat of tv soaps who sacrifices widout ne reason or waits 4 a champu widout knowing his veiws or leaves her own studies 4 either bro's sake or champu's sake.

Hpfully after d wedding mohanji wil teach her hw 2 lead d life like a human.Afterall we all kno dat nothing is impossible 4 our dharampati( MOHANJI)❤️.

Oye kastur plss we all like dis spoilt Mohan only. So after u marry him don't make him change bak 2 champu 2 gain ur luvvv.😍

Na plot is not the issue here ... its what they are showing that is ... i mean contradictions in script ... on one hand baapji hates everything other than what he deems fit on the other they show him agreeing for things that are against his rules ... on one hand he disowns mohan on the other hand he fixes his marriage ... kastur is shown to do nothing but breathe heavily and dream mohan or poor thing is made to run so much (aisa nahi hota) mohan's habits are shown but not the character except once in that beggar scene.

I agree with you its too early to know or dig the plot but the start of a show is when they build characters and serials that are able to build their characters strongly get audience hooked because people fall in love with them and then continue watching for them

Just my POV and no am not angry just stating my opinion kahi phir sey koi bol dey 😆
