i dont think dharam is planning to give shramiks their freedom at all. Whatevr he did is b coz of his luv for veer. He cannot imagine that veer can ever win against his army & gain freedom for the shramiks. Actually veer has a very daunting task ahead of him to fight for freedom for these hapless shramiks who have been enslaved for so long by the aryavraths & who do not even have much respect or love for him !
