It can't be Dharam for sure.. but just like Rajsabha now shramik's will spoil Veer's mind.. and he will think that Dharam is a king now.. everything is happening according to his instruction.. so he will blame Dharam..

arre yaar yeh rajya sabha bhi naa.........dharam jus said to stop water supply.......i m sure rajmantri musthav tols sainik to poison water........😡😡😡 oh god MU started in DV....
