My name is kajal I started watching this show today and you know I really loved the concept

I think this show has its own unique concept and it’s no nonsense and straight to the thoughts. But yes some love story will emerge but I like deepika and the other doctor Vikrant .

about his wife aditi I think both are mature to understand but all matter is ki hero kis sey pyar karta hai that wat matters

Hey there was episode where a neurotic mother was thrilled her daughter ( kid) was losing weight and then they were suspecting cancer... Was the episode over? Or is it yet to air?

It never was followed through. They just used that episode to highlight Wasima nd Piroz working together and how Deepika counsels Piroz when he is unable to take that kid's pain during biopsy

They never confirmed if it was cancer what next or whether there was any treatment done

Visiting the forum for the first time , even though I hv been following the show since day 1.

So let me be honest. Being a doctor in real life , I was pretty impressed with how a hindi medical show had done so much research for a change. Even though its not at all accurate still the efforts made me hook to the show. I was even more impressed that they attempeted a love angle between a senior female surgeon and a JR. And I ws more or less impressed with Deepika's characterisation. So I started following it.

But off late the show has gone downhill for me personally. It is inching towards becoming a saas bahu drama just in a hospital set up. And worse part is Deepika has gone from being a impressive personality to a pathetic love sick puppy but only says big words but has no actions to support anything. Goin back to the same man who you rejected years back and dt too when he is married to a fellow doctor is not at all tolerable. Forget about work place ethics , this is adultery. So much talks about being a surgeon and a doctor's duty . But what about a Doctor's principles and ethics ???? Deepika has forgotten them all. I feel ashamed to hv liked her and hving thought of her as a powerful character.

Also the amount of speech Deepika gave today about why she wants to save the patient........typical saas bahu moment😆. No doctor has dt much time to talk nonsense.

Lastly I saw Vidyut is leaving the show. So there goes my last reason of watching the show.

Anywys my main point of posting this was.....no I do not agree that we arent progressive enough. Thing is ema happens , we all know that. But showing a doctor who preaches so much about dreams and life , ruining someone's life is not pleasing to watch. The main character need not be perfect but the main protagonist needs to command respect which this ema doesnt let us do. My opinion.

Lol yeah we can shit on star plus and colors for "glorifying" extra marital affair but have another separate standards and excuses for this show. I get it this show isn't wholly about D and V, but they have made it a major part of show. If D is going to have a growth through ema, her character will be called out for the heinous behaviour.

I actually liked it when they ( D and V) had conflicts . In fact I was more than happy if D had not chosen anyone. But this is unacceptable . EMA by a doc is already bad as it is. On top of that I find it highly insensitive that Deepika doesnt care for Aditi's state at all. She is so indifferent to her pain. The woman is struggling and crying to save her marriage . Even if the marriage is unfixable , it is not upto Deepika to judge whether Aditi is happy or not. She so blantantly says I know Aditi is unhappy too. Aditi is not her patient and she doesnt get to decide it for her. Infact a patient also has right to decide for himself.

I find it so hypocritical that the same Deepika who gives long speeches about a patient's pain is so indifferent to the pain of a fellow female doctor. She went ahead and slept with her husband. Despicable.
