Oh yeah I forgot abt that dialogue. SO Mahadev was the first one to propound The theory that Energy can neither be created nor destroyed. (Which was later said by... Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz ).

Surya have edited that part😆
If one knows about the 10 Mahavidyas, they are nothing but the Supreme Energies taking various form. When there is no creation Ma Tara dominates, Ma Bhuvaneshwari creats as Ma Tripurasundari she allows the creation to flurish, as Ma Kamala she gives Wealth. As Ma Bagalamukhi, she stops her devotee's enemies, as Ma Matangi, she gives Vidya. As Ma Kali she destroyes in the end. It is the same Shakti, which takes different forms to achieve different purposes.
So this concept of Shakti existed since the Universe is created & Mahadev knows Shakti better then anyone, infact he is authorised to describe Shakti.

Celestial (Riti), thanks for the update. Forgot to write it in my earlier post.

Misti, so not only Mahadev is an environmentalist, he is also a physicist. I like this dialogue of Mahadev. Now I am really looking forward to seeing this episode.

Meenu di
I got one more thing to know.
I read in one of the books of my papa's library..
and there it is written ..

In a human's body , If he has more antibody that is dependent on Jeevani Shakti ,Which is the oil which is flowing in the form of bone marrow that is the main thing in a human body , it is Shakti only. The Energy that here as a form of bone marrow also is Shakti , and more it is the Shakti Tatwa.. that is dependent on the birth of any human. That verbally it is called Jeevani Shakti.. as known.

Just thought to share. 😊

So the highlights of todays episode:
  • Ram conversing with Mahadev
  • Sita's gladdened emotions
  • Ravan getting irritated that Ram is able to lift the bow and pushing off 😛
Blooper of the day:
Hanuman came out of the moutain immediately when Ram broke the bow. So is he a natural disaster?😆

Mahadev's point was really good. The leela of the bow is over when Rama touches it and puts pratyancha on it (what is pratyancha?).
The whole sequence was well orchestrated.
But then only Parashurama came as a ... kabab mein haddi (correct na?)
I have never liked Parashurama, though I am a devotee of Narayana. Let us see what nonsense he does tomorrow. (Sorry for the ill language. But I just don't like Parashurama gatecrashing the wedding. How rude. But this is acc to RCM.)

IN Valmiki, Parashurama confronts them on the way, which is tolerable. But guess the CVs follow RCM more than Valmiki. Well.. no problem.

Precap: Bala Beemaha Maruti!

Surya

For the record, I'm a Parashurama hater. Not that it should matter, or does, but full disclosure - I'm a kshatriya.

In Valmiki, Parashurama was not the kabab's haddi. During their return to Ayodhya, Parashurama accosted them, and first confronted Dasharath, and then Rama. It was in that encounter that Rama strung Vishnu's bow, put an arrow on it, and gave Parashurama the choice of destroying his travelling abilities or his tapabal.

But it was still unfair - if Rama broke Shiva's bow, why didn't he break Vishnu's? Particularly since he didn't use that bow - he used Rishi Agastya's gift - the Kodanda.

Some accounts have it that this was where Parashurama's Narayan avatar ends, and Rama's begins. At least, this was Rajaji's explanation.

If only my CNAT Ravan vs Parashurama battle could take place.

Reeti, minor correction - RS marriage doesn't happen here - it happens weeks later, when Dasharath, Bharat & Shatrughan come to Mithila, and all 4 brothers get married on the same day. Also, Maryada Purushottam means ideal man, not idle man 😆

Thanks for the WU, Riti. 😊

Surya, "pratyancha" means "bow string", so "dhanush pe pratyancha charhana" means to string the bow/tie up the string on the bow. You would have noticed that the bow string was only tied to the bottom end of the bow, so what Ram had to do was string the bow/tie the string up properly, which he did. Hope that answers your question. 😊

I thought that Mahadev's bow looked really nice - I like how it was made to look like a snake - very appropriate, and nice touch! 👏 I've thought it looked really cool ever since we first saw it, when Kartikeya found it in a cave on Kailash. And now its work is over and its gone.

About Hanuman coming emerging out of the mountains when the bow broke, at the same time as all the natural disasters, maybe he came out at that time to see what all the commotion was about. After all, DKMD has shown him as being extremely curious! 😆

Vrish- if you were to ask my husband he would say that an idle man, in many ways, is an ideal man. 😆

BTW, I have never understood this 'kabab - haddi' metaphor. Kabab is anyway a non-veg dish, isn't it? So how does it matter whether there is a bone in it or not?

ANd Vrish- in VR, does Rama return Parashurama's bow to him?

@Surya...I liked your question regarding Hanuman being a natural disaster.😆

When I saw that scene I thought that Hanuman might be sleeping in a cave deep inside a mountain and when the mountain splits into two he springs out of the mountain. 😆Something like when one is in deep sleep and is suddenly woken up. Later on I realised that it was a blooper.
