it means... according to me
As people feel upset at times..
when its bad and gets excited when its good.
but an individual should realize that A humanbeing is more than time that means we can rule time because we move through time but once we get connected to the divinity ( SuperPowerof ShivaShakti ) then that is timeless which can't be moved by time.. that means when we are connected to the divinity then everytime is good for us and we do not REACT because of the situation or the time
