He wanted Gods to feel the pain of loosing his wife indirectly it was to avenge the Gods and Parvati was his prisoner and his immediate action was to take revenge and he went for Parvati.

payel he is right in actual puran and story Jalandhar is so powerful he even comes close to defeating Shiv and Vishnu I suppose beds Vrinda which has been modified here to appeal better senses.

kavya we bear jalandhar kidnapping parvati. We didn't react too much but what they showed today was out of limit. This is not acceptable at any cost and no there is no justification for what jalandhar has done today

Let it be arijit when utkarsh himself have confessed that they don't follow purans then its no use to tell them anything about purans

it would have been much better they had followed the actual puran only instead of making all these crap stories by their own...

It's good he said clearly, that they don't always follow Puranas. So watch it as a complelet fiction. accept what you like, forget the rest. Why get upset over Trikona creation's imagination? Can't call it even Trikona Purana anymore.
