There have been sufficient character analysis of Ravan done. He was a great Shiva Bhakth, an accomplished musician. All those facts have been torn to bits. But NO WHERE did any one offer him any sympathy and understanding for kidnapping a woman. And we know how many different versions and interpretations of Ramayana there is. No where is what he did to a woman justified and no one in their right mind "understood" why he did it. Very easy to bring in the loving brother of Surpanaka angle. for starters. This overflowing love for Jalandhar is primarily because Mohit is playing the role. If it is the artist and his art people appreciate, they will do it no matter what kind of role he plays. That is the bottom line here, and the reason for most posts here. This is not about a show alone, it is about a statement, a thought and in this day and age what is right. How many here or from the DKDM team made atleast one post or sent one tweet on Nirbhaya. Those trying to "understand" Jalandhar can't take a moral high ground and can't hide behind any kind of disclaimer.

The actors will be loved no matter which role they take up I know even with a negative shade Mohit will shine but I hated the fact that they took Mohit and played around with Jalandhar just to make him lovable popular among the vast female audience which is wrong. They have made Jalandhar an unlikely hero at the cost of even making Mahadev take a backseat.
Shows are responsible in many ways to shape audience thinking and understanding. Maybe not everyone gets influenced but even the tiniest fraction inspires is a great deal. DKDM should have been more responsible.

Jallandar should have been hated not hero worshiped like some people doing, they are mourning for him, condemning sukracharya for leaving him, sympathizing with him when he does a Mommmy thing.
If the character had been shown correctly people should have HATED JALLANDAR, hated like in how we hate Indra dev.
By showing mommy syndrome, showing that he was doing all this for love, making him cry suddenly for no reason. has completely diluted what he stood for .

No one sympathises with /ravan why
One reason only he abducted sita .
To this day he is burnt .

Now suddenly all I see jai Jai Jallandar every where.

Exactly people hate Indra and they love Jalandhar. They are even going to conduct prayer sessions for J can u imagine that what I call ludicrous.

Nirbaya, and many other girls after and before that have lived through hell .
Why
Because some may eons back Jallandar type characters set the ball rolling for offenses .
I wanted to hate jallandar, but it did not happen,
Why
He was shown as a nice guy, he garnered empathy, sympathy from the audience.

That was actually awkward to see a grownup man cry like that for mommy. I am assuming the CV did not want to portray Jalandhar as such. I also know the mother sentiment works well but seriously this was beyond ridiculous, especially when he dared to kidnap Jagat Mata. Ok.. he does not recognize that in Parvati, but did his mommy did not teach him to respect women and see a mother in all women? Jalandhar does not have a good woman role model to look up to and learn. CV has no idea what a woman is. He looks at fan frenzy and thinks anything chalega as long as we have the hotness factor.

Soon it will happen dear if J track did'nt end, Already blame is thrown on Mahadev for upbringing of J , Waiting for this track to end

Mohit as Mahadev set a GOD type image in viewers mind we got to know when people ask him for blessing so If Cv's potreyed Mohit as J completly dark it was gonna completly effect his Mahadev image bcoz Old audience connect with face unlike we online fans So that was the mistake of Cv's, All of us love Mohit but the fact is Cv's saved there extra money on new actor bcoz at the end of day this is business for PH

Just a thought.Will Vrinda curse Parvati for all what has happened?
Will Mahadev revive Jalandhar after what he did.The cv may show that also

me too love MR and J coz he's handsome and acts really well.

but i dont support the actions of J. will never allow illtreatment of women.

but i like mata parvati's dialogues. J has preponed his end. that explains everything.😆
