Payal and Tina..forgetting Mohit is playing the role of J, I do not want this character as shown in DKDM anywhere near Paro. J and V deserve each other. Vrinda is supposed to be a very strong woman. She talks like it is nobody's business, does the most stupid of things like go in the middle of a battle field without as much as wearing protective gears and still needs a man to protect her. Someone needs to clue them in on what a strong woman is seriously.

Also, J has been shaped like one of the old film anti-heros. Will go on wrong path, but will be a EkaPathni Vrithan. So J falling for P here is out of the question. Frankly I like it that way.

J is gloried to an extent here I think for one CV's need to understand that too much experimentation kills the joy. Ravan was shown so differently and was not exactly loved by the audience and now this. 😕

How will she fight though? She isn't a warrior. She should have taken some Asura soldiers to protect the medical unit I guess.

But Jalandhar goes after Parvati a while after getting married to Vrinda. I mean it's not like he grows up and immediately goes after Parvati. He marries Vrinda, becomes Asura emperor (or the way around), demands the Ocean's treasures back from Indra, comes into conflict with the devas, etc etc. He will get to Parvati eventually but first he has to marry and be a faithful husband to Vrinda.

BTW, I wouldn't be surprised if in this serial he doesn't exactly "lust" after Parvati. They have introduced the idea of Jalandhar wanting to replace Shiva so he might want Parvati in order to complete that process, not out of lust specifically.

And Indra's poison might have a role I think. Even if he lusts for Parvati, that poison might just be the cause of him losing his mind. Let's see. We should find out in a couple of years. 😈

Ravan we loved yaar. Only his "love" for Mahadev seemed over the top, but then he was a true Bhakth and such love is natural. J belongs to a different category altogether.

I have seen this in movies and serials, if they want to show a strong woman they always show her to be stupid, not using her brain, going out in the dark alone, here going to the battlefield alone. Which sensible person will do that. Being careful is not being meek.

In one of the texts, I don't remember which one (Padma?), I remember reading that Vrinda was a bit childish and matured after getting married. Perhaps this DKDM's way of showing that. 😆
