What i want to clear up is that the Ganas .. Were they always Ganas or other people
i am not sure as i know that Kartikeyas vahan is a demon who is now Kartikeyas vehicle so i thlught maybe Nandi.and thet ganas maybe was diffeent people previoslt

Yes, they showed Nandi, but not the other SHivaganas. Regarding Kartkeya's vahana, the peacock, it is actually Surapadman, the demon who Katikeya defeated, but who asked as a boon that since Kartikeya defeated him, he should ride on Surapadman always, so Kartikeya made him into a peacock.
