What if she is born as Meenakshi's daughter? Naming the child after the parent(s) actually does happen a lot and it won't be creepy. Then Meenakshi Sr and her husband die somehow and Meenakshi Jr (Parvati) is brought up by her grandparents. Problem solved.

DON'T ! Meenakshi, like Murugan is very close to our hearts. I don't want them taking liberties with showing who they are. They can kill of this human meenakshi for all I care. If they chose to show Meekanksi story it has to be true to the legend, and that in itself gives ample scope for showcasing a lot of plots.

Technically my suggestion only changes one or two details of her birth. The rest of the story can continue as per the legend.

Another way is to simply wait. Put enough of a gap between the human Meenakshi and Parvati's incarnation so that it doesn't seem odd that there are two people with the same name on the show. Concentrate on other stuff now; when many centuries or millenia have passed within the show (for humans), they can do the Meenakshi story. The similarity in names will then only be a coincidence and nothing more.

Actually i was thinkin g the present Meena can be killed in a war, and her parents pray to mahadev and he grants them a boon of parvati being born to them as meenakshi ..

Yeah it was suggested earlier. I just find it creepy. It's basically having the second child usurp the previous one's identity. If this human Meenakshi has to be connected to Parvati then I like my idea on the previous page - Parvati is born as Meenakshi's daughter and is named after her mother. 😆

ideally since meenakshi is human-ideally she should be dead by now🤣
