The biggest devotee of Lord Mahadev is coming soon! Get ready to watch Ravan in the Mahaepsiode. 'Devon Ke Dev... Mahadev' is the mesmerizing story of Lord Shiva and his different avatars. When Sati immolates herself to avenge Mahadev's disrespect, Adi-Shakti returns in the form of Devi Parvati to unite with Shiva. Witness Shiva, the most powerful God within the Hindu culture, as a sansarik or householder in this epic saga - 'Devon Ke Dev... Mahadev' at 8PM Mon-Fri, only on Life OK.

and im 100% sure they wont show any such thing😆

actually there is ANOTHER frog story-its written by Devdutt Patnaik(i guess)i am posting it here

There is a folktale related to the birth of Mandodari. Ravan once made Shiva so happy that he offered the demon-king a boon. Shiva, being Bholenath, the guileless man, did not realise that Ravan's alleged devotion hid a dark personality. Ravan asked, "I want your wife to be mine." Shiva, as guileless as ever, did not realise the implication of this boon. "So be it," he said with his usual indifference, to the horror of Shiva-ganas, the servants of Shiva, who ran to Parvati and told them of what had transpired between her hermit-husband and the demon-king. Parvati was not angry with Shiva; she knew his personality. But she was very angry with Ravan; she knew his personality too. To teach Ravan a lesson she took a frog, Manduka, and transformed her into a very beautiful woman. Ravan saw this beautiful woman seated on Mount Kailas and assumed that she was Parvati. He took her to Lanka where she became known as Mandodari, the frog-woman, after she was observed demanding Ravan's attention during every rainy season when the bull-frogs croaked.

Ravana had many wives. Mandodari was the daughter of Maya danav & Hema apsara. So the above story may have been about one of his other wives.

Parvati could have turned Ravan himself into a woman and then gone w/ her herself - Ravan didn't have any boons from Brahma protecting against that 😈

guys i am not angry that you guys are mentioning the stories, but i am angry on those who actually wrote it.even if the biggest rishi of this world wrote it,i won't value it at all.
i don't believe in any crap anyone has written.
ravana in his stortam mentioned nandini(parvati)equal to his MOTHER.
all those crap mytho is result of degredation in the religion that came after rule of mughals in education.
i can't bear such degredation.i don't care who the hell the other person is.😡

i accept moni..Raavan was really a great scholar and wise ..and he abducted sita because he knew that he will get moksha on the hand of Raam only
all the stories of Raavan being womanizer , raping rambha , molesting Vedavati re part of Uttarakhand of Ramayan which is compiled by writers of later age (gupta era)

even i heard a story where Raam was worshiiping Ma Shakti to get victory over Raavan and he needs to make offering to Durga in the hand of a vedgyani brahmin by heart and Bivishan suggests there is only one such brahmin in Lanka..that's Raavan..Raam went to Raavan when he was doing his Sandhyanhik..it was that time when Raavan didn't refuse to any one seeking anything to him..when Raam requested to become priest of his puja..Raavan agreed in spite of knowing that this worship is being done to get boon to kill him..and Raavan made the offerings to Goddess Durga on behalf of Raam..with Ma Parvati's boon Raam killed Raavan in next day's war
