These nine avatars of Adi Shakti Parvati represents the nine months, the period for which a mother keeps her child in her and hence shows her immense care and love for Vinayak (Ganpati) because Ganesh is purely a Gauri Putra.
Do you remember when Agni Dev had taken away the Urja roopi pind of Skand (Kartikeya), Parvati had similarly taken the Virat Swaroop (divine form) of Devi Shakti. Hence, Lion riding Devi Shakti is also known as Skandmata.
Isnt she truely the Greatest Mother of the universe?

does anyone knows why Nav Durgas have appeared before handed? I mean before Vinayak gets his human head slained by Mahadev. or simply why have nav durgas appeared today?

I think acording to devi bhagawat puran, navdurga apeard after vinayak head was cut and mata parvati became very angry.

I dont think so Parvati called them for the Suchita snan or Sandya vandan, as her own presence signifies the presence of Every other goddess including Navdurgas, as she is Adi Shakti herself.
Rather, Nav Durgas have appeared out simply virtually, with the fact that parvati and other females i.e Saraswati, Jaya, Vijaya and Anusuya are present there but couldnt recognize the presence of nine durgas.

After seeing Vinayak's head, Paravti calls her Shaktis, Nav-Durgas, tells them to destroy everything, if her son can't e alive then everything should be destroyed. Seeing Nav-Durga ready todestroy everything, Shivji assures Parvati, he'll make her son alive & orders his Ganas to get te first head they find for Vinayak.
