Mahadev is afraid of Parvati's Adi shakti roop this time.. While it was ok to send away the kids but this time he beheads the child.. Man he really crosses the limit this time.. To say he is worried for HIS OWN safety n well being more than any one.. 😆

i agree with this post. its one thing to send kids away so that they can find and fulfill their purpose in life and parents need to put their feelings aside in situations like this, exactly what shivji was asking parvati to do. but its another to chop off a kid's head and see the pain this will cause his wife. like shivji said 'it is the most horrific pain a woman can go through in her life'...the two situations are not even remotely comparable...plus shivji is still going to do what needs to be done for jagat kalyan, but what's wrong in being sad for your wife's pain in the meantime. and its not like he didn't understand parvati's pain in earlier situations either, but he had to show her the right path in those cases so had to be strong. ...

I like your post Ritika. Life seems unfair and especially for a mother it is unbearable but she is Jagat Mata and Shiv Jagat Pita so they have to put aside their personal happiness and do things for the welfare of the universe.
But he does empathize with his wife because again he knows she has to go through extreme pain to achieve the end result but he is helpless.
