Shani looking at him & his head cutting off is one version which doesn't show Shivji being ignorant about his son. He is Trikaldarshi so will know who the boy is.

That part was really nice, all of them looking after different department. Even in our lives for a big event like wedding different relative, friends come foreword & take different responsibalities.

one confusion..as per this story Krishna appears as Ganesh?? but Krishna appears later na?? or golakvasi Krishna is diff??

When Vinayak jee's head has been cut... Then Mahadev Ordered to Bring a head of something or some one whose head must be facing to the South :) And those who have gone for hunting they found at that point only an elephant is facing towards south so they behead that and came back to Kailash :)

It is said that Krishna always lives with Radha in Golok. He has given the name to extra month- Purushottam month, which comes once every 3 years. Again the timeline is confusing as no Purana gives events in order of time.

So many stories and versions. Makes for great read. Nothing compares to hindu mythology. Complex and wonderful at the same time.
