Shivji's Test
Parvati says you only have given life to this creature, if he needs to eat me to keep your Creation alive then I'll become his meal. Parvati with a smile decides to become Crocodile's meal. With closed eyes is waiting for the crocodile to come foreword, after some times opens her eyes with surprise. Wonders where they are.
The Saptarishis appear there. Bhrigu says they have gone with you passing your test. Kashyap says you have considered welfare of others more important, that shoud be the quality of Shivji's Ardhangini. Parvati joins her hands expressing her happiness of them being with her as her guru since her past birth. Bhrigu says they were only following the Great Guru Shivji. Dadhichi blesses her with his power for the success in her tapasya, tells her on compeletion of her tapasya, they will come to Himavan, to ask for her marriage to Shivji.
Tarakasur is very happy with the news of Devguru Brihaspati leaving Indra, says he was the one making successful plan of action for Devatas. In his absence they are weak. He asks Vidyunmali to call Vritrasur, who says he must be reaching. Tarakasur asks Shukracharya to prepare for the war.
The rishis come to Shivji, seeing they have passed in the test of taking her test. Even Parvati has cleared their test. Dadhichi says Parvati has given priority to welfare of the humans, which is a very good quality. Shivji says you have always loved, which at times may overlook certain things. Kashyap too supports Dadhichi's judgement.
He says there are many aspects which she will learn through tests only. Now I'll take her test. She has to realizethe importance of good looking & ugly. She has to understand what looks good can be ugly too & the Creation of the World doesn't difeerentiate between these two. He asks the Saptarishis to cooperate with him.
Indra is restlessly walking. Ganga comes there tells him Guru Brihaspati must have felt bad, he should go & ask him to forgive him. Indra says Brihaspati is guru because of he has accepted him as guru. He owns Swarga. Ganga trys to convince him but he asks her to leave Swarga if she wants to support Devguru. Ganga says it takes a long time to get a good Guru, where a Guru is not respected Ganga, Lakshmi, Saraswati will not stay. She is going to Brhmaloka. Even other devatas will leave Swarag now. Indra is shocked at her behavior. Ganga leaves & Indra is left alone now.
Parvati sees some flowers on the way says they are Shivji's favourite. She collects some flowers, keeping the Shivling down on a big stone, finds some sadhus are sitting near the Shivling. They are chanting Har Har Mahadev. They are Shivji, Bhrigu, Kashyap, Dadhichi & one other sadhu in disguise, all wearing Saffron cloths. Shivji is sitting in the centre says let's start our puja. Parvati asks them to offer puja to theirvShivling. Shiv-sadhu says there can not be yours & mine in puja. He has apc of flesh in his hand is about to offer to the shivling. Parvati is shocked seeing this, says Shivji doesn't accept such impure things he likes Dhatura flowers, Belpatra. Shiv-sadhu says let's see if he accepts this or not, he keeps the pc of flesh saying Shiv accept this bhog., I have got this fresh flesh for you.
Parvati is surprised seeing the flesh disappeared. She apologises to those sadhus for interrupting their puja. They look at each other, saying She is asking for forgiveness, it is the nature of us Shiv-bhaktas to forgive. She asks them if she can offer her puja now. They get up, allowing her to sit next to the Shivling. She offers flowers to Shivji saying like the way you've accepted his puja, accept mine too. She closes her eyes.
Parvati is surprised at the flowers offered by her are still there. She asks them what is the reason that the impure flesh offered by you was accepted & pure flowers offered by me are not. The Shivji as sadhu tells her even he had followed the puja rituals for many years like her, have done tapasya for years without food, to be free from attachment of this body. One of the sadhu says for Shiv there is nothing pure or impure. This human body even after taking bath is filled with impurities inside. There is nothing called good looking or ugly. Everything is Shiv.
Shivji disguised as sadhu just keeps on looking at Parvati. Parvati joins her hands , tells him you are the guru who gave me this gyan. I'll have to be free from attachment of this body. She removes her jewellery, keeps them at his feet, she touches his feet, asking him to bless him for success in her tapasya. They give her cloths too, she leaves that place with the Shivling in her hand.
All 5 of them come in their original form. Shivji with Bhrigu, Kashyap, Dadhichi & one more sadhu. They all join their hands to Shivji. He says Parvati, you learn everything very soon. He tells Dadhichi to take her jewellery & return it to her at after her tapasya is over.
Precap: Parvati is making a Shivling of snow, in the Amarnath cave. Shivji, who is still in the forest says in future this place will be known for our tapasya.
