Except for the Mahadev and Parvati scsne the whole episode was a really hotced potch show...it looks like they put everything together last minute!

Himavan was snarling like Veeru clung to chains,Maina was acting like Basanti..

that CGI animal was urggghhh-i always hope we dont have to see that mutliple cross breed animal again!

the whole episode was pretty much filmy drama-to be presisse i felt like i was wathing a Seeta aur Geeta,Sholay type of movie in a mytho show!...

only consolation was our first official Mahadev and Parvati romantic scene...uske liye im willing to accept another CGI monster(not more that that ill die)

awesum commentary Srushti!!!i was waiting for youre update!

and yes we will have the Tapsay Track!Thank Goodness!

Thank you so much Srushti that was the funniest WU!! The little creatures doing bhangra at the top are so cutie - and i do agree ki what was that completely strange animal that was charging around?? People in CGI department must have left machines on auto-pilot while they went out to dhabba for break.

I think the CV's have let the whole Hemavant-Mena era of the show be very very filmy - not sure why, but it is really complete change from the Sati-period of show. The change was so total and immediate - even - as you are saying - in terms of the scale of the sets. i too really miss those huge grand sets that gave such an alokik feeling to the story. Now it feels quite cramped and dark and the scenes in gufan and Kailash do not have that beautiful expanse.

Well...at least now we will have tapasya track! It was very strange way that CV's chose to get Mahadev onto the positive side with all this - different from any Shiv story ever! (And let us not even get started with the whole idea of Vidyunmali marrying Parvati because that was just the weirdest twist ever - yak)

A few things struck me about the episode:

Palkis - weren't they supposed to be covered boxes, or was that much later? Here, if they were putting Parvati on an open palanquin, they might as well have put her on a chariot 😆
The cartoon animal - I know some of you are thinking of shrek, but have any of you ever watched He-Man and the Masters of the Universe? In that, Adam's tiger pet Cranger became Battle-Cat, and that's exactly how this monster looked today. Mena was knocked unconscious, but I wish Mahadev had saved Himavan in time.
I never thought of this, but what happens when a divyastra is hurled @ Parvati (or for that matter Lakshmi or Saraswati?) In the real mytho stories, I doubt that it's ever happened, and therefore, I've never given it a second thought. But seeing Parvati struck by the spear, I was just left wondering something that I've never wondered. Thank you, CVs, I think 🤔
How does Mahadev get flashbacks of what Parvati did in the past, whether it was playing w/ his trishul's dumroo, or his statue? He was in samadhi in those times, so totally oblivious to what was going on. Or does samadhi mean something different from what we understand? (This is not factoring in the fictional nature of the episode)
If Mahadev is going to help Parvati recover, why doesn't he do the same for Himavan? Or maybe he will?
Why was Shukracharya scolding Taki's sons, when they were following their father's instructions?

Because he is God, he is omniscient; nothing in the past, present or future is hidden from him.
