Wow, TB either tells us next to nothing, or gives us a complete spoiler🤔 Normally, if Triangular Productions were to go by the original, this wouldn't be an issue. But here, they've just saved those of us not interested in seeing howlers opt to skip this one.

But I was struck by the same thought as you. Parvati was supposed to do some 3000 years of tapasya - hopefully, they capture that in a leap. But also, the Thursday episode - if one adjusts a few things about what Shiva did and how Parvati reacted - was the actual episode in which Shiva revealed himself to Parvati. She requested that her father be approached for her hand, and that's what followed.

And I agree w/ you on this one again - what does 'accept' mean? The way I understand it, the only acceptance is marriage - nothing more, nothing less.

Honestly, if they wanted a maha-episode for this serial, it should have been the destruction of Kama-dev.

P.S. On the cover page of this, in the caption, why are they showing Sati w/ Mahadev instead of Parvati?

So he is going to accept her hand in marriage ?/ accept her or digest her steps towards him .This cvs

@Vrish-ideally that should have been the way it was done-but anyways it doesn't make much a of a difference...

for all you know Parvati being Parvati will tell him that she still has to do her Tapsaya-as neither she nor him will want the Sati incident to happen again...

for all the stressing they have done so far on yogyata and tapsaya,i dont think they will back track it,but yes they will twist it a bit-knowing thier way of thinking they will put thier own stuff in it!

also what puzzled me was the whole "Guru" part of yesterdays episode...so will Mahadevs acceptance imply that he will act as Guru to Parvati???

i doubt it will be marriage-because the marriage of Mahadev and Parvati will be one BIG event-it is one of the reasons for the establishment of Mahashivratri!!-the channel would have been going ga ga about it...

they arent-Parvati has been in the show for barely a month so getting them married so soon will be weird...

By "acceptance" can be directly related to marriage-but i think the Cvs may make relations between Mahadev and Parvati stronger-he will accept her-for what she is to him,however he will still expect her to go through Tapasya,but he wont create any "badha" for her!!

This whole acceptance track is to establish a chemisty between the leads for thier love story before they get them married...

It took 100 episodes for shiv-sati marriage.i don't want shiv-parvati marriage so soon.

Dis article is interesting but at da same time,it's damn confusing.Mahadev accepting Parvati b4 tapasya?She hasn't even started da tapasya.😕

I really hope cvs don't rush thru dis track and get shiv-parvati married before da tapasya track.Dey did not make sati complete da Nanda vrat but i sincerely hope dey make parvati do da tapasya and show everything according 2 da puranas and don't try 2 change mythology again.😆

But i don't hv much hopes wid dem too.Da guys who changed da climax of da Kamdev story can do anything.😡😆

oh my god...sooo soon????...i had heard parvati did alot of tapasya before shivji accepted and married her...but neverthless it is fiction too...so creatives have their own liberties too...it will good to see some awesome parvati-shivji scenes...a full on chemistry from sonarika and mohit

Very filmy. I hope they don't rush into the marriage. That will be weird. Perhaps by "acceptance" they mean Shiva becoming more open to the possibility of marriage (as opposed to his current opposition/reluctance because he doesn't history to repeat itself) or something along those lines. I really doubt they will skip the tapasya. Though they might not show her doing it for thousands of years. Look at how they shortened the period of Shiva being in samadhi after Sati's death with Parvati being born so soon.

Huh?!! What? Aren't they supposed to show the tapasya track? Parvati becoming aparna and Shiva doing a trick to test her. By the looks of it, I think they are thinking of wrapping the whole thing up with only the vrat.
