I was really inspired by the Panchakosha we saw in the episode today. Can somebody tell me where I can get indepth knowledge about this Kosha and its practice. What is the original source (like a veda or some religious text) and which is the best modern day version (simplified language) to read?

Actually u know one has to become yogy for even listen to
Patanjali yogsurta and Ashtavakra Gita...becoming yogya is meditating everyday...doing sadhna (yoga) n Seva (any kind of).

Regards
Sia
