Mouni's voice is not all that strong either - it is soft and at times, nasal and even shrill. Didn't she make a great Sati? Give Sonarika a chance. The success of the serial depends on the direction, not the actress's voice.

Completely agree with that! In fact, remember the scene when she sort becomes 5 times her size and threatens Vidyunmali? The first time she realizes her Ad-shakti roop?

Her voice was awful in that scene! I remember cringing at the shrillness!

But that didn't detract from her being awesome as Sati!

But as I said before, why are we bothering? rational responses are getting us precisely nowhere! 😆

Sonarika is so beautiful. Her entry in last episode was very impressive. We have huge expectations from her and I believe she wont let us down. I guess I will love her as Parvati. Waiting to see her chemistry with mohit :D
