There, since Shiva was doing his tandava w/ Sati's body in hand, Vishnu destroyed it in order to get him to stop. That was at least understandable. But Vishnu sending his discus to destroy Sati when Shiva was just quietly walking w/ her in his arms was just unconscionable 😡 I doubt that it really happened, or else, Mahadev would have been fully justified in destroying all creation. Also, on Tarakasura, I thought that he was immune to Narayan's discus, and had the boon that except Mahadev's forces, he'd never be defeated. So Vishnu's discus could have done nothing to him.

I liked Daksha's decision to retire to vanvas, and Prashuti to go w/ him. Since he now has a goat head, he'd be in a natural habitat for himself, if not for Prashuti - he can eat grass and leaves directly out of trees - no cooking will be required for him any more. So Prashuti would have to cook only for herself. 😆 Oh, and all his daughters can now return to their hubbies - Aditi to Kashyap, Khyatti to Bhrigu, Rohini to Chandra and so on.

Back to Shiva - why was there the talk about the need to get him to earth? He lives on Kailash, which, unlike Brahmalok and Vaikuntha-dham, is right on earth itself. And Shiva seemingly losing his divine accessories and falling in the middle of a desert was too much to swallow. And seeing a mirage of Sati was so cruel 😭 It might have been more credible had he been somewhere in the Himalayas.

I commented in the other thread about his stubble, which is ridiculous to show, despite what other shows may have done.

In yesterday's episode ...there were so many small events which later on will have their individual significance...like rishi Dadhichi having FB of Shivji giving giving him boon ...i think in a war between Devtas & tarkasur...rishi dhadhichi & the boon will have some big role to play...similarly Shukracharya asking Tarkasur to do tarpan was dual benefit...getting blessings of maa aadishakti & making sure that Shivji never get hold of any of her body parts...

But Nandiji just stole the episode for me ...the moment he found shivji...the overwehlming tears of joy was nothing but a bhakt's deep love for his bhagvan...in that moment Shivji's state or that he has recently lost Sati mata...nothing mattered to Nandiji...he was just plain happy that now he can be with his bholenath...& can do his seva...may it be on earth ...such devotation can only bring tears ...hats off to the actor playing Nandiji👏

I also liked how Vishnuji said that this time let aadi-shakti decide when she wants to take birth...seeing Sati's fate,natuarally they cann't repeat the same mistake...& now that Nandiji has found satimata's toe...i am sure Shivji will slowly come out of his laagav & will again turn back to being Virakt ...
