Both Shivji and Ramji are equal. In fact, BHAGWAAN in the true sense is Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesh together. It is only a foolish person who thinks all three are different, and one of them is greater than the other.
Ram and Sita's love cannot be compared, just as Lord Shiva and Sati/Parvathi's cannot be. One shouldn't take the side of one God and criticize the other. It is a sin. Moreover, Lord Vishnu always said that those devotees of his who criticize Mahadev will never be blessed by him, and even Mahadev said those devotees of his who criticize Vishnu will never be blessed by him. In fact, those devotees are not realy devotees at all. Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva share such deep love and respect for the other, that we should never ever criticize one in favor of the other. We will be cursed by them in consequence.
Also, SHAKTI is the compilation of Parvathi, Saraswati, and Lakshmi together. Even Lakshmi Ma is Shakti Swaroopini, as is said in Valmiki Ramayana and Ramcharitmanas, because the three divine mothers are all forms of the same Goddess Mother. Sita is no less to Sati, or to Devi Parvathi. They all are forms of each other after all. All the incarnations of the Goddess Mother in our puranas exhibit such great strength, patience, and fortitude, and Ram is no less to Mahadev. He was the ideal husband, Maryada Purushotham, no matter what some critics claim.
