Dkdm..a stupid show..rofl..

Just read the post about dkdm bein a stupid show by my fellow forum mate no offense i just made this post to put my point of view forward WHAT IS STUPID? the fact dat sati has more trust on her father who has lovd her 4 mre than 17 or 18 yrs dan her husband whom she married a month ago...ok stupid 4m d pov dat sati is behaving childish ri8... Think d other way round guys sati is not behaving childishly it is d 'niyati' dat is making her do so remember wat mahadev said 'sati u wont undrstand anything wat i m saying bcoz d honi is caling u' many a times in our lyfs too v do things adamantly n aftr d bad outcome v cant believe dat y n hw v did so...Is this stupid dat they r trying to show dat 4get human beings even god cannot change wat is once written in ur fate..as far as d adishakti part is concernd sati herself is aware dat she is not yogya of mahadev bcoz she is bounded in her body dnt knw hw much this holds true bt my mumma said that devi's usd to take human avatar bt they were always found in the rivers or forest n who took birth in d womb had to take mukti 4m dat body in ordr to bcom a devi eg.sati or do ghor tapasya n one mre pov 4 her being childish she's not childish guys she is stubborn like a mule n dis we have been witnesing ri8 4m d begining of dis show be it followin d oath of marying shatbhish or taking d task of writing lordvishnu's name on 1 lakh lotuses or d biggest of al goin against d wishes of evryone n falin deeply in love wid mahadev if not 4 her stubborn or so cald childish nature dn she wud have never married lordshiva... Wen she wants mahadev she just wants him by hook or crook similarly wen she wants to go to d yagya dr is no stoppin her...d cv's have literaly held up d character of sati til d end of her story is dis reason so stupid ki unhe paap lagega wel i dnt agree with dat...N ONCE AGAIN NO OFFENSE TO ANYONE JUST MY POV...

Really glad you posted this. I understand people feeling irritated with Sati's beahviour, as I love Mahadev so much and I know she will suffer too, whilst watching I was getting carried away and getting annoyed at her (almost in a protective way). However, what is the need to bash her? She is human, the whole point of this story has always been that humanity needs to be overcome to achieve the divine. How many of us give in to irrational and downright childish behaviour? We know that as much as it pains us, Shiv and Sati's relation led to an epic fail as she did not listen to God and also was torn by her perfectly natural feelings for her father. All this being translated into calling the show stupid stumps me! The show is doing an amazing job of dealing with various confusing and contradictory myths etc to weave them into a humane story. Yes, sometimes we do not like the interpretation, I myself thought some things were too much, for eg, whilst Sati was naive and wilful, I do not believe she was to this extent but to be honest, this is the treatment the makers have given it and to constructively criticise it is one thing but to start hating on it all is a bit strange. Sorry for the long reply and also this is totally my own personal opinion, so no offence to anyone:)
