Angry, arrogant, Daksh declares Sati will have to die, there is no other choice left, she has crossed her limits, there is no place for her here, I can not bear her seeing with Shivji. Prasuti reminds him she is their daughter, his most favourite daughter. He says she was my favourite, not anymore. Khyati says Sati has troubled him but don't punish her like this, forgive her, this is injustice. Aditi too says she will explain to Sati. Daksh says don't forget I am a prajapati too. It is impossible to accept defeat from Shivji.
Daksh sees Prasuti crying, asks her has she forgotten, she is Manu's daughter & what Sati did to us. She says she is a janani, a mother too, Sati's mother & a mother's role is important in this sansar, I can't see her dying. Punishment specialist, Daksh says but Sati has disobeyed my orders, she has hurt my honour, prestige, reputation. she will have to die.
Sati is sitting, feeling hurt, remembers Shivji's words about unmarried girls getting a husband by keeping Mahashivratri vrat, remembers Narad's words too about her Aadi Shakti roop. Madanike comes to her, asks her why is she sitting here alone. Sati says she can not bear Shivji's indifference towards her, doesn't want to feel insulted any more by his attitude, he's not even looked at me. He has no emotions, feelings, has become a stone, Madanike explains to her, if he never cared for you then he wouldn't have come on your call to rescue you again & again. Directly or indirectly he has always helped you. His devotees are worshipping him, they have equal right on him. But Sati says she is not his devotee but his Ardhangini, even she has a right on him, if he wants to meet her, he will come to her.
At Daksh's bhavan Prasuti, Khyati, Aditi pleads to Daksh to forgive Sati & give her one last chance, use all his power & get Sati out of her illusion. Daksh tells amatya he will immediately leave for Prabhas kshetra. Prasuti pleads again & again to forgive Sati for the last time & faints.
Shivji is sitting with closed eyes, Maharshi Atri, Kashyap & Dadhichi are praying to him.
Madanike's prayer to Shivji :
Madanike with folded hands prays to Shivji- you know about Sati's dilemma, she has faced very tough situation for you, has passed all the tests, don't make her wait any more, she has reached her saturation pt, she will break down. I am very small, have no right to ask anything but Sati is like my daughter, just talk to your Ardhangini once. She has tolerated her father's severe punishments for you. Please meet her atleast once. Shivji in answer of her prayer says it is Shivratri today. I'll listen to all my devotees. I'll definitely go & meet Sati. Madanike feels happy hearing Shivji's assurance.
Sati finds Shivji standing in front of her. Excellent BG music playing. She goes near him, says I was not aware of your relation with me. Why was I drawn towards you, In all my problems I was calling you. In my thoughts you were there. I was seeing you in my dreams, I was not aware of my reality, but you were. I am your Ardhangini. Why you never felt like coming & telling me how did you spend all these years without me? Why your indifference seems unbearable compared to all the other troubles? Why yon never made me aware of my reality, why you never told me who am I, what am I to you.
