Ther is a bomb twist in next episodes. Zohra apa is with bombs like Meera and mehek was shown. It's very repetitive to be honest. Narverkar is also there.

Either narvekar is using zohra apa to get dev

Or zohra apa got his memory back and to save mehek secret she planned this.

Last possibility muneem is back and he did it
