I doubt .May be she was not hypnotized and told a fake story because we know Megan will not reveal her secrets that easily as shown by CVS.Still many mystery are pending to unfold about Legal but I am watching the series to find that what meera found about Mehak in S 1.Hope they don't skip it like Narvekar's family.

It was so unlikely that Mehak agreed to be hypnotized. Still I think that she really shot him and thinks he is dead. This is Dev. So, things cannot be that simple.
