- I like SJ,ok? She has a screeching voice and at times way Ott but I guess it's the AsYa fan in me saying. But oh boy, hated her. It's not the acting, or the fact that she's public prosecutor. The way it's written, the way the chatacer moved talked. Didn't expect this from dev, cause I really thought they won't go to cliched route of opposite lawyer being a dbag. Eh. Whatever. But so many doubts. 1) is she with the bad guys or knew mahek personally? Itna attitude and ego kaiko Bhai? Unless it's just ego that a nobody can defeat her. 2) I thought Dev sent the footage to her through chaiwala? Or else how he knew where to look when she was leaving? 3) the senior of Amod and lawyer are they in cahoot? Totally feels like. 4) swamiji for now not looking creepy (womanly way) but who called him? And why? And did really mahek called dev? 5) so whoever tried to frame dev their all tricks fall flat and someone died, dev went Scott free. Why let him live unless they wanted to lie low or the matter is over for them. Who was the guy died in that encounter? 6) it's evident bad guys came to the house and scared mehak to that extent. Btw brilliant acting there. And congrats whoever theorized that mehak had mental condition/it was a struggle between dev and her👏 but what's the point? And did she really die as going by precap? Unless it's a big conspiracy involving several people? I doubt that's mehak though. An evil twin?

- I wonder if it was apas place to tell the story, though in a way it's her story too.

- dev almost looked like to tell Meera off but judging by precap he is doing the voodoo thing? If mehak is alive nothing will come out and maybe he will go back to taunting her about atma (which I doubt but guy can be a bit idiot in rage)

- amods anger come from the fact that dev proved him to be a liar not that he's a killer😆

I didn't say sj was bad. I didn't like the way lawyer was portrayed,it was too "seen that in 1001 shows" type. Also some of her expression gave me that criminal se mili huyi vibe

I think at one point I said mental condition, but then I thought it was an act. I'm glad that it turned out to be a mental condition. The latter seemed too twisted.

I've never really liked Surbhi Jyoti. Only watched her in Koi Laut Ke Aaya Hai and never really liked her in it. Here I didn't like her even more! Yelling and screeching every step of the way. That was annoying! And I'm glad the judge showed her that he couldn't be swayed like that.

Dev's helplessness and anguish as he's trying to calm Mehak down was so hard-hitting. I felt like crying for him!

Aww Madhubala was Dev's anchor and friend even back then. So sweet.

And it seems that there's more to Mehak's story than revealed to even Dev given that there's someone walking around who looks like Mehak.

Bengali means dev surname is burman, Meera is Bengali, the judge was Bengali. To balance things out sj was a Muslim probably zohra apa was feeling lonely 😆

My biggest mistake as well. Watched it only for Shaleen and Sharad and now I regret every bit of it.

Based on what aired today and what I've said before, here's my updated theory. Mehak came close to Dev to get to Swami, but in the process she actually fell in love with Dev and couldn't deceive him. Her childhood and this pressure combined made her lose her mental stability. But her twin sister or just a plastic surgery case does what Mehak couldn't do. She kills Swami and Mehak realizes that Dev was almost arrested and tried in the process and completely goes berserk. She decides the only way to save Dev from any future betrayal is to kill herself and that's when she does what she did. It explains why her finger was on the trigger and why she suddenly "forgot" Dev and this alive "Mehak".
