This weekend's episode deserves special praise - for dealing with two issues that are not mentioned much in Indian TV shows, sexual abuse of children and homosexuality. In this day and age it is a shame that people feel the need to hide their sexual orientation. It was an uncomfortable episode to watch but that is how it should be because most people prefer not to talk about these issues in India. So well done to the team

Really they deserve the applause for highlighting such taboo issues in the otherwise conservative Indian tv...But do u know that Star Plus's Arjun too had an episode which dealt with homosexuality...In that episode, a girl was murdered & later it was revealed that she was a lesbian, that's why she was killed...

I didn't know, I don't watch many Indian shows. I like detective shows and that is why started watching Dev. Wish Indian shows would move away from the saas bahu dramas and revenge based love triangles and show more realistic issues. Every new drama coming out seems to be one or the other.
