ooo we broke our fast at 9:20 yesterday, i think we're earlier bc we live down south

ive had so many aches and pains yesterday its horrible bc u cant hav paracetomols to relief it

managed to get rid of my headache now but i hav this massive pain down the back of my head and neck 😭

doc had my x-ray too they doubt i have appendix maybe coz my horror pain kills me all day 🤢
