The jungle scene is great and it had all the right elements i.e. romance, problem, manveer nok jhok, stupid majnu, the almost kiss and the HOT ASHISH KAPOOR. so beyond doubt that scene is really nice...
but my favourite scene however would be from the makar sankrantri episode (sorry for bad spelling), i think in that scene we got to see the fun side of Monya/ Manyata and i don't know i just loved that scene to bits...

A wonderful post vibha.
I really miss manveer and vijay, jay and unnati.
Mostly I miss my handsome hunk UDAY!
First time when I watched dek was uday's entry.
Can't believe 2 years have past its like still dekha ek khwab is alive its there and all this is because of this forum members.
Dekha ek khwab brought all of us together and now we are like sisters.
Its like dekha ek khwab gave me another family.
Really miss dek and dek members excluding akash lol!

can't believe..aaj do saal ho gaye hamein nayi zindagi miley hue..sach hai jab wo promo dekha tha tab socha nahi tha ye ek naam zindagi ko alag mod dedegi..aaj jab peeche mudke dekhti hun yakeen nahi hota yeh wahi show tha jisse pehli baar dekh kar laga tha ki kuch nahi hai lekin pata nahi aisa kaunsa jadoo tha iss serial mein!aisa nahi tha ki aaj tak koi serial na dekha ho..lekin aisa serial kabhi nahi dekha tha..show shayad hi bohot waqt na chali lekin hamein bohot bada fan bana liya..aaj ek saal se bhi zyada hogaya show ko khatam hue lekin harr din hum isse yaad karte hai..
ye forum! jiske baareme pata tak nahi tha do saal pehle aaj yaha mere bohot acche frnds hai aur ye frnds mujhe sirf iss show se mila..aaj hum sab kitna kuch keh rahe hai shayad aaj DEK ka anniversary hai! lekin inn baatoh ko hum harr din apne mann mein dohraate hai..😳

aaj main show ko bohot miss kar rahi hun..😔

Awesome post Vibha! I remember when the promos of DEK were aired. It irritated the Hell out of me😡 ... I was battling with after-effects of surgery , and everything that was being screened was annoying me, beyond words. Whenever that promo came on my screen , I wanted to bang the TV😆. When my mother started watching the show ... my exact words to her were : "WHY ARE U WATCHING THAT CRAP?" By the second week ... I was also watching "that crap"😉😆! Uday and Manyata's meeting at the beach was THE MAGNETIC FORCE that pulled me in😳. Needless to say ... after getting hooked onto DEK , my health issues even vanished😆. UdayVeer became an addiction (WHICH I STILL CAN'T SHAKE OFF☺️).

I have many favourite scenes ...

1. Manveer's first encounter at the beach.

2. Manyata holding a gun to Uday at the police-station.

3. Their second meeting at the restro-bar.

4. Manveer's dance to TE AMO

5. Manveer doing that hawan in Devgarh (manyata getting super jealous when Uday was talking to Meenakshi)

6. The Jungle sequence

(AND SO MUCH MORE 😳 ... if I continue naming each scene - my fingers may fall off😉😆)

It was the best Indian show EVER - I'll never forget it😳. IT introduced me to this forum and to all the lovely members that have since become FAMILY to me😳.
