lol i cant say if they are fine or not they are numb i cant fell them lol

climbing then getting down my legs feel numb

i drank 4 litres of water

and now i have to go washroom every 15 minutes and i can feel my legs

they have swollen

i have dipped them in hot water ]i cant go clubbing too i am so annoyed
