She should have told the press the truth in a dignified way however M has no experience in front of the press especially when they are in her face, Uday has usually handled it, so I can see why she looked completely flabbergasted in front of the press.

Ya feel the same here. If she had not heard revenge /abuse of royals and seen Chaudhary, and had seen Aakash making professions of undying love , she wud have married him. She was never to be trusted in this show . UV is right.
