Heartbreak on the Horizon:June 19th Analysis

Shama: Apt title for the analysis J I am a fan!

This episode was very entertaining- and productive to say the least- they definetly moved things along but even more so it looks like this whole week is about letting go of the past (More on that in a minute)

A and M: It doesn't look like A is going to go backwards, at least just not yet, it seems the only he wants from M is revenge- not her love, and you are right Tara isn't stupid but Aryan is a little bit, I mean seriously he gets into a physical altercation with some other girls fiance just a few hours ago and then a box comes filled with mementos and you throw it away in front of your girlfriend? Come on A don't you get it? Girls are nosy!

Jagat- Uday: Ok I seriously had an Oh Honey moment pretty much every 2 minutes in this episode (and yes Shama dear I did get that from HIMYM) I loved how Uday got the truth from Jagat- well played Uday, using JN against Jagat well done! And Jagat saying that Aryan changed after the accident and the doctor said that was normal (Oh Honey!!!!) Poor Jagat I think he's in for a rude awakening about his beloved child hood friend

Tara: oh dear god- poor dear- she's insecure, and she's been insecure from the get go, and I had a total "Oh Honey" moment with her too and then on top of that the person she finds in the mahal is JN? Give me strength but seriously- JN are you even relevant right now? The entire JN and Tara scene and then ending on JN saying she stole my love and has a tendency to steal fiances. JN is another person who cannot let go of the past= JN needs to take a step back and realize that Uday was never hers and even more so he never wanted to be hers. Uday would have married JN if M wouldn't have been found- because that was his responsibility and his duty- he would have gone through with it because he HAD to- not because he cared about you. Oh JN- HONEY- Get over it, you didn't lose Uday, he ran away from you.

The UV DR and Brij in the office scene: Intense to say the least- I think they may be bringing back the promo- and I feel like Uday might know something about the Brij promo- maybe not because he witnessed something but maybe because DS told him something…. Seriously there is something going on behind the scenes but I cannot for the life of me figure out what it is. Seriously though I need DS to wake up and tell me everything she knows about C- they are making him out to be the mastermind and as much faith as I have in Uday, I think they are walking blind, the only person who knows C's history with the family and why he is seeking revenge is DS.

M: OMG- Seriously the entire time this episode it was seriously just "oh honey!" all over the place So very nave- what makes her think that Akash's fight is with her? It's not, he's going after her family and she's just watching. She might as well grab a tent and hang out in front of her mahal again- making a spectacle of herself. Though it does tie into yesterdays episode with Uday flat out saying she isn't thinking about her family she is thinking about her love life. Eh that's ok, life will teach her a harsh lesson soon enough. Best scene though between M and A- her being shocked that A loves Tara was amazing- I thought it was phenomenal. And M giving A back the shoes…. And this is where I go back to my original thoughts-

This week really is about letting go of the past but mostly for our three main characters.

Uday and Akash Fight- In the past, Akash is alive and well (well maybe not well as it seems he might be a psychopath but whatevs) and now Uday cannot be accused of murder any more. Woo hoo!

Akash- Gets box of mementos from M and while he gets a little intense ultimately he tosses them- Akash has let go of his past and has become Aryan- while in the precap he breaks down because of the shoes, he is still not going to try to make the past his present as he will continue to reject M and her love.

Manyata- She is the one that has been struggling the most- she doesn't want to let go of her past, she thinks by letting go she forgets everything she was, but by bringing the shoes back to A she is taking steps in the right direction whether she realizes it or not- while the breakdown causes A to confirm who he is in reality he is not going backwards- and those shoes? Pretty much the last link to her past, and she is giving them back.

OK what hug are you talking about? Did I miss something important?
