I once heard a saying
"That if you fall in love with two people always choose the secound person, because if you truely loved the first person, you never would have fallen in love with someone else"
Which completly apply's here...its possible that Manyata truely did love Akash, but as we have seen from many of the episodes, Manyata eventually fell in love with uday :)
So she should choose her secound love, b/c if she really did love Akash she never would have fallen in love with someone else.
And now a days the first love is not always the last love, and what matters most is the love you will marry, ( which will oviously be Uday)
