DS always envisioned Manyata to be the heiress of Devgarh but she imagined it with Uday in the picture and Manyata ruling at Uday's side.. hence both the kingdoms get the best of both worlds.

Manyata is reckless and that's where Uday comes in... to shield her and to protect her from her own impulsiveness . He is her knight in shining armor. Uday buying the house ensures that Manyata does not trust Jay anymore. She needed a wake up call to realize that no matter how many chances she gives to Jay, Jai will always be her enemy at the end of the day. And the way M needs Uday, Uday also needs her to keep his heart in tact. Otherwise his father would corrupt him totally in the name of power and politics and this is where Manyata comes in and keeps a check on him 😎.

However, I would also like to see Manyata proving her worth... that she can run the kingdom. She makes mistakes, but at the end of the day she can also fix them... she needs to prove it to her family now!

As for Jay, she never deserved the kingdom. She neither has a head nor a heart. She is all talk. She can never move beyond herself to look at the bigger picture. She lacks respect, morality, dignity, honorability... the key aspects of a ruler. As for making plans are concerned... Shakuni Mama made them too but he was never a ruler!

Reckless decisions, untamed language , a volcano in the name of a temper , poor judgment of people and situations, a bloated egoistic head, lack of both foresight and hindsight- are these the makings of a leader? Just having compassion for the underprivileged is never enough.

J and Maanyata are hell bent on proving that they have the genes of their father. J got his wild side and Maanyata got his pig headed arrogance. No wonder DS sought an heir in UV and thinks him to be her true successor.

P.S- Don't feel bad for Maanyata. The only crap that you should feel bad about is Muraari kidnapping her and ruining her potential fairytale life. After that , whatever she has done or has happened with her - she has invited it and Karma never spares her and will not spare her until she rehabilitates to being a normal human being.
