Today , when J was throwing facts one after the other into Maanyata's face, i felt that no matter what a vixen J is , she did tell the truth. J just laid a trap and Maanyata walked into it like a foolish ostrich. Its true, isn't it? What qualities does Maanyata have to be the heiress of this family and the crown princess of Devgarh? Are compassion for the downtrodden and guts enough to wear a crown and take responsibility of a family , a lineage and thousands of people? NO.
Maanyata is a reckless, hot headed impulsive woman who , to make all the matters worse , is a poor poor judge of human character. Having a heart is not enough if you cannot put it in the right place. Look back - what has she brought Mrinalini Devi? Ratio of happiness and humilation is 1:10. DS-UV-VB may have given her polish and finesse but without their pillars and back up , does Maanyata have it in her to even dream of sitting on DS' chair?
Reckless decisions, untamed language , a volcano in the name of a temper , poor judgment of people and situations, a bloated egoistic head, lack of both foresight and hindsight- are these the makings of a leader? Just having compassion for the underprivileged is never enough.
J and Maanyata are hell bent on proving that they have the genes of their father. J got his wild side and Maanyata got his pig headed arrogance. No wonder DS sought an heir in UV and thinks him to be her true successor.
On the other hand, UV is as hot blooded as Maanyata or maybe even more but his head always rests in the right place and he keeps his heart under a leash. He has his share of weaknesses but they are overshadowed by his traits of a leader - he only totters but he never falls.His mind and his heart are strictly compartmentalized and that is how he has been able to hold himself and his sanity together inspite of having to deal with someone as bouncy-an-electron as Maanyata. And not just deal - he loves her with all his heart.
Yes, ManVeer are soulmates but for once , just once i want Maanyata to prove it to us that she is worthy of at least standing next to UV. As for UV, he is doing what is true to his character - to seek, to strive and NOT TO YIELD. Maanyata never was , is , or will be a match to him when it comes to war or even peace. I am not being a sexist here and it has nothing to with Maanyata being a woman and UV being a man. I , myself am a woman. But unfortunately , from where we stand today, Maanyata will always be an inferior to UV in everything . Oh, she gets brownie points in the complexion department though.😆
Innocence , beauty , heart , purity are of no use if there is no grace and wisdom to them. Grace and wisdom that will perhaps end with DS and Komal's generations. Maybe if you inject Maanyata and J with some miracle drug , they will at least keep them temperamental nature in check.
P.S- Don't feel bad for Maanyata. The only crap that you should feel bad about is Muraari kidnapping her and ruining her potential fairytale life. After that , whatever she has done or has happened with her - she has invited it and Karma never spares her and will not spare her until she rehabilitates to being a normal human being. UV maybe a villain but at least he is a self-confessed and self-proclaimed villain who doesn't hide behind silks and chiffons to hide his ugly side.
