Amazing post Vishwa. My thoughts exactly. You spoke words from my mouth.

I think DS is very well aware of the UV-Akash Holi fiasco because she was shown to have JN's memory card in her hands. The one that Uday got rid of while kissing her. So I am going to believe that DS knows exactly what happened and Uday never hides anything from her.
I don't know if anyone remembers this, but some episodes after the Holi fiasco, when Uday comes to the Palace and DS is talking to some inspector on the phone, she says something like this to Uday "Thank God Uday beta. Apne waqt per sab kuch sambhal liya" . This makes me think that DS was aware of everything from day one. And we later did find out that Uday and DS were working together again but in separate ways in order to make Manyata the Yuvraani.

Exactly, Manyata is upset, but not because of Akash's death. She's upset and angry because of Uday's betrayal. Which is solid proof that Uday affects her more than Akash ever did, in every way.

Yes Vishwa, even I mentioned in some of my posts that Uday is not at all negative. He is just doing this because he's hurt and angry. When he brought that shagun, from the outside, it could be seen that Uday was furious, extremely furious, but a closer look in his eyes would tell us how much the hurt and pain was evident there. But he didn't show an ounce of it. That's Yuvraaj Udayveer Singh. He can easily wear a mask to hide his true emotions so people like Manyata don't play with them. Loved the way he so confidently confessed everything, and that he helped her in becoming Yuvraani so he could marry her. Most of the people were thinking that the way Uday confessed about the whole Akash fiasco and said he wished he could've given Akash a heroic death proves that he is a criminal and his character has turned negative again. Now I know there was a slight touch of negativity and villian-ish attitude from his side but hey what else did you expect from him?? He was broken, the girl he loved humiliated him every chance she got, sent him to jail without once asking his side of the story, made fun of his love and he was pratically turned into a wounded tiger. Whatever he said about Akash's death in my opinion was all just a lie. He was just rubbing salt on Manyata's wounds. He wanted to give her the pain that he was going through. Wanted to provoke her. He is already the bad guy in her eyes, so why not live up to her expectations? She would never have trusted him anyway had he told her that Akash accidentally fell off the cliff. And like you said, it was more like an insult he threw on her face. Manyata never understands anything when being explained with love because she takes people for granted so Uday obviously had to resolve to other measures. He proved that he is not afraid of accepting and showing who he is. And after whatever Manyata did to him, we wouldn't have expected him to shower rose petals on her right?

Agreed again Vishwa. Even I think that Jaggat's return is a mere distraction for JN so that she does not come in the way of Uday and Manyata. But we'll have to wait for the track to unfold.
