I hope it's because she falls in love with Udayveer, and i think her jealousy of Jay is going to make her realise she loves him even more..

But my realistic mind is saying that if they get married so early it's probably going to be because she wants to find Akash, even though we can tell she's starting to have feelings for Uday.
