Judging from nowadays' track, I feel, something like this will happen:

Firstly, maybe DS persuading Manyata to marry Uday. She cannot let Devgarh estate get ruined or go to trust. Secondly, after numerous tries, Manyata couldn't find Akash. Uday being very very supportive. She and Uday are best friends. Moreover, she is tired of always looking for Akash and needs Uday coz he is the only one who really understands her. So, she will get married to Uday because they are great friends. She might fall in love with Uday, forget Akash but won't admit it till much later.

I don't know, this is my thought, of course.

She will marry Uday either because of DS or because they are best friends. She will pretend she is doing it for family and politics but actually she is doing it because she is in love with Uday (but she won't admit it to herself or anyone else)
