I do feel bad for Akash though, but I'm shipping for Manveer ultimately in the end.

Manyata is a person who could only be handeled by love...the moment she is being imposed by any order or rule..she turns into her rebellious mode...
But i think there is less chances that right now DS or Uday will handle her with love or affection..because they had recently faced the blow of doing the same...even though Manyata is guilty of doing so but it will definitely take time to cope up with that by DS n faimly and Uday...
I too feel that moto behind DS condition is same as you stated that she will find herself what is right and what is wrong for her after that...
hopefully if she accepts DS's condition... then slowly and steadily...they will also soften towards her...
And by today's episode ..it was very much clear..no matter what we viewers feel that Manyata's love for Akash is just infatuation
but here for Manyata its a really important piece of business..as she said that Akash loved her when she was no princess..its true.. for any girl..if this scenario happens ..she will blindly believes or love the person who had supported or loved her when no one was there besides her...
and what Unnati said to Uday was totally right...even though its necessary for Uday to save his and DS faimly reputation...but it is also true that his this move may distant Manyata more from him...
He needs to work on Unnati advice as soon as possible...
