Unreserved

"You cannot force anyone to love you or accept you nor can you stop yourself from falling in love with someone"

What Akash told UV has been registered in his mind. Those words were harsh but true which have pricked him. UV felt rejected once again. Akash laughed at him told him for him Manyata is a showpiece whom he can buy with money. We know it's not true what UV's heart feels for Manyata is beyond that but his mind needs to register it and he needs to accept it.

"When you betray people who loved you trusted you put your family honour at stake due to your childish behaviour by the time you realize what you have done it's too late the damage has already been done"

Manayata didn't even once thought what her family who have been waiting for her return since 16 years had to go through and have being going through because of her childish behavoir. When J switched on TV showed Manyata how entire family is being humiliated, their years reputation has been crushed because she didn't care. Whether J was pretending or was her royal blood boiling over humiliation her family had to do through only time will answer that but what she said talked made complete sense. Manyata was guilty as she remembered all the love the family gave her and in return what she gave back was humiliation.

Coming to precap, it was shameful to see DS apologizing UV for what he had to go through because he is Manyata's fiance. UV is unpredictable. You never know what is in his mind or his next move will be. Manyata felt guilty seeing DS bowing down in front of UV in shame because of her.

See this is why we say J-Akash are Rab ne bana di Jodi😆.Yes aptly put both UV and M needed this doses from the duo. They actually made them realise what they have in future. Now it remains to be seen how they use these knocks by A-J in their lives.

Great post!
And i completely agree with everything you said.
All the 3 characters (excluding Akash- i am not sure about him) are yet to evolve into better people & leave aside their selfish agendas. Today's episode gave me some hope that J really might care for her family & she might not actually turn into a negative character.

EXACTLY Arya!

They are perfect for eachother, and would balance eachother so well. Anyone up for Chikash vs. Jakash. I think its a very viable situation

Hellooo
You nailed it !! AGAIN !!!! Haven't seen the episode yet but can imagine what it was like to be finally shown the mirror...To UV by Akash and to Monu by J!!
They both needed to hear it..As much as I would LOVE to see MaanVeer together..they both need to grow up and evolve as human beings before they are together...they have to find themselves before they can find each other...UV has to understand and come to terms with the fact that you can not win someone's heart by breaking their heart...He is not going to win Maanyata by holding Akash in jail...it is not just a very bad move when Maanyata is concerned but it is not right...ethically and morally...I am not really a big Akash fan but I have to admit...he did not kill anyone...he just tresspassed...and that's not a IPC penal code 302 crime!! Before finding a way to Maanyata;s heart UV needs to find the way to his own heart...But for now...it's status quo...no love and may be no hate...
Maanyata!!!! What can I say about her??? The girl has disgusted me wit her irrational, unreasonable and selfish behavior since last 2 episodes...someone needed to slap her to bring her back to reality and I am so glad that of all people J did it...You know...sometimes we don't take people who are close to us or whom we love very seriously when they try to tell us something that is true very lovingly without huting us...but it goes right into our heads when the same thing is told by someone we hate or dislike, specially when it comes out in the most straighforward, curt and blunt way...Maanaya needed this dose...COME ON GIRL...they are your family for God's sake!!!! Just because they love you and put up with your tantrums does not authorize you to treat them like dirt and play with their reputation...I think DS is going to give her the taste of her own medicine when she tell her that Akash will only be released once she starts behaving human...Blackmail?...yes...well deserved.? yes...Woh kahete hain na...laaton ke bhoot baaton se nahin maante...😆

Pink Chocolate, great post and enjoyed reading it very much. I really love your writing. 👏

I can only hope that seeds sown by Aakash and Jay will grown into long and beautiful tree and bear the fruits we have been waiting for too long.

The true love between Manveer which will make them see that their real love is situated in happiness of others, family and of the people they will rule together someday.

Thank you, Austy and i love love love the parallels that you have drawn between all these heroines. They remind me of that famous quote from sex and the city - Some women are meant to run alone , until they find somebody equally wild to run with them. Maanyata will find that wild animal to challenge her dark side and excite her good side in UV.
Lets see where Maanyata and ManVeer go from here .😳

I agree poco...today's episode I think UV actually looked a bit..defeated. He knows the uncomfortable truth that Maanyata doesn't love him, but Aakash. I guess UV's response is a typical not-accepting-the-obvious mechanism: first you joke about it, which he did, second you add a bit of sarcasm, which he tried with his 'aukat nahin hai' and finally you grow more and more irritated till a point comes where your irritation blows over. 😆

i think UV would not even have been half as determined as he is to get Maanyata if it wasn't for two things: his love for her, and Aakash. It's like RK in Rockstar(i wonder whether you've seen it😆-)he enjoyed the feeling of being in love for the first time, but he wasn't prepared for the subsequent feeling of heartbreak. In the same way, UV is not willing to let go of his love so easily especially when he's got it back after 16 years of waiting.

And Aakash..his dialogues only serve as a catalyst to UV's Raajwaada fierceness, instead of deterring it. Just like being tortured in jail gives Aakash a 'Romeo' Complex, in the same way, constantly being reminded that Aakash holds precedence over him in Maanyata's heart gives UV a 'Conqueror' Complex. Now it's not just his fortune-it's also his ego, his first love, and his 'Winner' attitude and arrogance at stake.

In the same way, J only seems to instigate Maanyata instead of letting her down. She was compelled to challenge Aakash only so that she could prove a point to J, and in the same way, she emotionally blackmailed the family members only so that she could show J that even she is capable of being the favourite sister. 😆 It's a pure case of sibling rivalry where in an 'unexpected' sibling(Maanyata is elder, but she was missing for 16 yrs) is resented by the one who was being given care till then.

So I have to agree, both Aakash and J, despite being annoying, are the main motivators behind Manveer's actions..I guess the 'other person' does have a huge role in a love story after all.😆

Poco, your post just echoes the thoughts in my mind which I had while watching the episode.. I loved, loved, loved today's episode. Yes, Uday loves Manyata selflessly, but this fact is known only by his heart, his mind is yet to register that. Until then, he will keep on considering her as a toy, a part of some game, where winning is a must.. To be honest, I really think that this Aakash-Uday showdown was necessary. Aakash threw some really hard-hitting facts on Uday's face: the latter should know that he may be a rich, hot prince, but that's not enough to win the heart of someone. Aakash's words kept lingering in his mind, and they will definitely help in his evolution..

Every time J tries to hurt Manyata, she ends up doing good to her.. I don't know what her real intentions are, but whatever she said to Manyata were very very true. Manyata should realise that she has a moral accountibility to her blood relations, and J helped in this realisation.. You are so right Poco, if Uday is grey, then so is Manyata.. This realisation will help Manyata evolve, let's see how.
