Ek toh chori, upar se sina zoori. This girl has passed the limits.
She was so nice, caring, intelligent, and I guess a well-sorted, normal girl. That was why we all could connect to her character, emotions and feelings.
Now, she just became a replica of Jainandini, just taking it to another level. Though J might want to get whatever she likes and goes to any extent to achieve it, she does not take steps that disappoint her family, and even if she does she accepts it or justifies her actions. However, Manyata does not! She wants love, yet can't give it back. Wants respect, but can't treat others with respect. She likes people listening to her, but she can't listen to others. When she uses others for her benefits, its ok, when others use her, it's not. She is a hypocrite.
"Main karoon toh balaatkar, tum karo toh chamatkar."
Though she might not want the luxuries of the royals, but she truely does want the treatment of a princess. She runs from the responsibilities and does not want to turn back to look at them, but when she offered to do manicures and pedis, which seem pleasing to her. She says "sure". She accepts things when she feels that it is benefiting her or if she likes it. But, life doesn't work that way, it doesn't give you options, where you take the one you like. It brings you to things that you don't like as well. No matter how much she denies it, she has royal blood in her. She WILL ALWAYS have some kind, even the littlest demand that would be like a Princess. She has it IN her. She expects people to treat her like Murari had treated her, like their "Princess". Akash is amiable to her because he treats her like a Princess, he follows her around and tries to do whatever she wants. Basically a living servant.
Manyata doesn't want a lover, she wants somone who "doom hilate hue uske aage piche phire". She finds everyone else meaningless because they don't do that. The royals run with their own rules, which she can't tolerate. But also, today's episode just made me realise how selfish and blind she is. How can she expect that everyone else would just leave Akash after finding him in her room?
(A/N: LISTEN UP MONASH LOVERS)
Many of you have started topics on how pointless and over dramatic the royals are behaving. ARE YOU SERIOUS? If my parents find out I have a guy in my room, without them knowing. I know they will beat me/him to pulp. No pun intended. And I don't even live in India. Here, your talking about a family, no less that a celebrity fam, with a chawl-like guy in their daugter's room. You sure they wouldn't flip?Be realistic people.
For her selfish reason, she called Akash to the palace. She knew it was dangerous. Yet she calls him. Why? Because she felt insecure. She got trapped into J's words and built up insecurity in her brain/heart. Now Akash was even more stupid to come but he was trying to prove himself.
She is extremely blind to not notice that she has disappointed her family. She is also a blackmailer, and she knows that she is doing it right. Many times she has used her emotional attayachar to talk convince Dadisa or Komal. And we all know it. I am not surprised they don't even want to talk with her.
In the beginning, when we thought she was just behaving childish is proved worng now, she is SELFISH. Down right selfish. She does not see things, never thinks of others and then does something to upset them. She is a self-centered person who can't get over herself/her life.
Her character now just seems irritating with all the blackmailing. And now that I think of it, I don't think i can connect with her at all!
