Hmm Jessica1, I somewhat concur with you, even though I am no MonAsh fan. I am actually rooting for ManVeer, but somehow my cheers have gotten dampened by recent happenings in the episode.

Also, born into a democracy, I do not buy the ' Royal hence special' argument much.

I had posted about double standards prevailing at the royal household in another famous post here. But as expected got a royal ignore. So I quit fighting.

I feel UdayVeer lights up the screen with his presence like no other person on that show So I am just pinning my hopes on his redemption.

I am always for the freedom of choice. So I choose Manyata with Udayveer when she actually falls in love with him. else, the show is sending wrong messages and is just not for me.

I agree with almost all that you said. I had posted similar comments in a famous post yesterday to get a royal ignore in return:-)

I too do not buy the 'Royal hence special' argument anymore. perhaps because I am born in democracy and the Rajas and rajwadas ... all got their due worth by Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel... God bless his soul.

Anyhow, I am still wishing for ManVeer. Hope Uday does something magical... to earn a place in Manyata's heart.

I also hope Manyata's family stops shoving UV down Manyta's throat.

Instead they would do well to actually teach her a little. It is obvious that she has very little education and almost nil urban upbringing, since she can't even pronounce 'Thank You' and 'Excuse me' properly. So far except Uday no one has really even tried to get her some basic education. Probably with education she starts appreciating the power she has!

then how should he react when he sees a 3rd person in his fiance's room...A girl should never do such a thing hiding a stranger...they r not married.n above all she is engaged to uv...Infact in my opinion brijraj should also have given slap to akash...see even though we live in democracy,we must understand that there r royal people around us...let them live their lyf

nahin dear.. we dont want manveer together just because he is so handsome...
i dont know about others but i want UV to change..
he is breathing but not living..
he is scared of love..

akash is perfect.. usse koi bhi milega..
but uday can have only manyata only she can look into his yes and point out his mistakes.. only she can give him a run for his money..

also they are destined together always na.. (perhaps.. i cant say it surely now since akash is confirmed as the lead)

but regarding royals, the blue blood lineage.. they are really giving me migrane.. their behavious is not justified..

royal hai toh kuch bhi kar denge????

They are Royals and they have to be superior! and they are her family and think of her good only and every parents have right to decide about their child and if child is wrong sometimes then its their duty to correct them and thats what they are simply doing and with dignity they are doing this! they dint even touch M after going through such humiliation and hats off to their patience!

I think that the whole idea of being Royal and therefore superior, is something very difficult for me to reconcile myself with. I would like to think that each one is equal before man and so before God.

That being said, I don't agree that they did not lay a finger on her...she is clearly traumatised! And Akash was ill treated simply because he is poor and 'below their standards'. Is it acceptable to treat anyone like that! I would also like to reiterate that this is not a competition between UV and Akash. I agree completely with the idea that the royals need to invest their time in educating M and then allow her to make informed and educated decisions about her life before having them thrust upon her. She is not without feeling. She is a capable, able and self-respecting woman and has the right to make her choices and those choices should be respected. Can we put on the blinkers here even when a wrong has been done?

royals hence superiors is just utter rubbish..
this is 21st century not history where they are serving people with their money.. instead of appearing on photoshoots and award ceremonies..

if they have little sense why dnt they sensibly invest their time in training manyata like teaching english atleast.. manyata is not a girl who doesnt listen.. didnt she listen when komal lovingly asked her to get manicure and many other things..
because of their stupid royal behaviour manyata, aksh and udayveer all the three are suffering.. just one property and throne.. how selfish.

Exactly... I agree with dreayjennice, Manyata's family have not done anything severe to her as compared to her doings. How would a family feel on finding a guy in their daughter's bedroom? On top of that, Manyata comes from a high profile family. She will be subjected to major scandals before she can even blink her eye.
She has a reputation to uphold, if only for her family. She is not just their eldest daughter. She is the heiress, i think.

Her family just wants the best for her and it is not Akash. Manyata has not adapted to the royal lifestyle yet and Akash is holding her back. She is still living in the past.

I get your point. You have a right to your opinion and in it you may be quite right. I agree with a few point of yours but I can't agree with you line by line.

I am not against Manyata making her own decisions, but I am strictly against how she has been playing with her family's and Uday's emotions. Because of her, her family could be embarrassed in front of all. It seems to me, everybody is human to her except her family and Uday.

As of now, M belongs to her family and they have a right to make her decisions because she is not mature and wise enough to make her own right now.

Sorry, if my opinion offended you.
PS: Uday is not evil. He is just mildly twisted. He is not one to get hit and not hit back.

Manyata is still to young to understand anything about the real world. She is immature as well. she needs guidance, while her family tried to give her, but she is too stubborn to listen.

What about the lying she did to the family who is trying to make her accept what she is. She played with them, so what is the difference between them and her.

Running away is not an answer. If your family put restrictions for your own betterment are you going to runaway as well. Look what happens to runaways, they end up in a horrible place.

The only reason she listened to Komal at that time because she had her own motives behind, so she would look good for Aakash. Not because she had some feelings for her at that time.

Both Manyata and the family need to meet half ways. She needs to give them a chance.

Royalty is something a person should have for your family and friends.

The family they showed belong to that line who comes from royal blood and who still have their palaces. For them to leave behind centuries of their life style is not easy. They are raised that way.

There are things I agree/disagree with.

I believe in democracy & hence, I don't see royals as being any superior, especially in today's world.

However, i disagree that UV is evil. He is grey. He is capable of being good, when people are nice & he is evil when people cheat him. So, basically, he gives you what you give him. Manyata was sweet to him, so he was super sweet. When she backstabbed him, he,too, taught her a lesson. So, its fair & square. And come on, you can't ignore what Manyata has been doing for so long.

I agree that beating up Akash was wrong, but it was in the heat of the moment. And things done in the heat of moment are not done with the intention to hurt, but rather, they just happen. Furthermore, their actions were also influenced by the shame they faced.

So, yup. I am a ManVeer fan, btw, but i did feel bad for Akash-Manyata, despite all that Manyata did, in the past.
